Meet the Trainers
Loren has her personal training certification (CPT) through The International Sports and Science Association (ISSA). She has trained with some of the top athletic trainers and former Olympic athletes. Loren also has a degree from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating and Nutrition. She has an extensive background in Psychology, and also does personal counseling in a private practice. Loren believes in a holistic approach to helping all of her clients achieve their goals, and to feel more empowered in their daily lives.
Tomas has a personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and ACT (NCCA Accredited). He has been an athlete his whole life; playing Lacrosse, Rugby and running cross country throughout his high school career. Tomas specializes in corrective movement, strength training, weight loss, and sport specific exercise. It is his belief that no matter what your goals are, it all starts with pain free and proper movement mechanics.
