Tai Chi 

Ages 18+ on going, drop-in class

Tai chi has been called the perfect exercise. It’s accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. It is designed to cultivate good health, meditation and self-defense. Relaxation, coordination, balance, muscle tone, weight loss and stress release are just a few of the benefits that you will experience. We teach the Yang style short form consisting of 37 postures developed by Professor Cheng Man Ching. The solo form is performed slowly and continuously, taking about 10 minutes to complete one round. Tai Chi requires no special equipment and can be done in a small space.

Tae Kwon Do 

Ages 7+

The tenets of order and simplicity as applied in this Korean martial art. Tae Kwon Do emphasizes increased coordination, balance, mental awareness, confidence and overall fitness. These family-oriented classes are ideal for children and adults.

Kinder Kix

Ages 4-6 on going, drop-in class 

Thursdays: 4:45 - 5:45p

Kids will have fun learning basic Tae Kwon Do blocks and kicks, while also improving their coordination, balance, self-confidence, discipline and respect.
